Customer FAQ
To get in touch with us, please read our Customer Service Page, but please make sure that your question isn’t answered below, before you send anything.
- Double Purchases : We will refund you but if the items are trans, we’ll ask you to hand us back the unneeded copy.
- Exclusive items : Some of our items made for events are exclusive and will never be sold at the mainstore. Some are exclusively made for an event and are sold after the event at the mainstore. It depends. If those items aren’t at the mainstore after an event, it means it’s not for sale anymore. Don’t ask, please.
- Discontinued items : When we aren’t satisfied anymore of one item, we remove it from the store, remake it or delete it from our inventories. In this case, those items are gone forever. So don’t ask either, thank you.
- Customs : We sadly don’t have any time to make customs. Sorry.
- IMs : Please don’t send IMs. If we are off, it will cap and it doesn’t go to our emails. If we are online, there is a high chance that we are busy RL or building and that we aren’t in a good moment to answer you. So please, prefer notecards. This is the only way for us to help you in the best conditions as possible.
- Photographies outfits : Please don’t ask us about the outfits we are wearing on our vendors pictures. When we have the time to write a styling sheet, we include it in the folder of the item or on flickr.
If not, just know that we most likely use Al Vulo / Curio / LAQ / Mynerva / Illusory skins & Truth/Ploom/Wasabi Pills/Maitreya hair. Eyes are from Poetic Colors or L.FAUNA. For the clothing, we shop all around SL. And the shape isn’t for sale. - Gifts : To gift our items, please check out the marketplace. Everything isn’t there but this is yet a good way to start. If you want to gift something else, drop a notecard to our CSR (check our the Customer Service page) and she’ll help you.
- Suggestions : We are happy to listen to your suggestions since we consider our store as a learning process. Please don’t hesitate at writing a note about something you’d find interesting to make like shorter nails, more make-up… We can’t guarantee we will do it but we’ll try !
- Bans : If you are on our estate ban list, it means that you are wether a copybotter, a copycat, a copybot viewer user, a grieffer, a person who consciently wears copybotted items, a rude blogger/critic/shopper, a mass hunt cheater, a mass hunt cheat organizer or that you have been reported to us as being one.
Except if you can prove to us that you aren’t what we think you are, you’ll not get unbanned. - Delivery issues : Our vendors aren’t scripted so you shouldn’t meet this problem but if you do so, we will send you back the item if it is COPY.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong color/style :
If you did so, we will only can replace your item if it is transferable and if you hand it back to us. If not, we’ll can’t help. - There is a missing item in your folder or this isn’t the good color or style :
Glitches can happen. We will need to know where you purchased the product so that we can fix the vendor poster. We will send you the good color or replace the missing item in this case, but always send your transaction history please. - Broken script : If one of the scripts in one of our products is broken, please use a backup copy. If you didn’t make a backup copy, please notecard us and we will replace the product if it is not discontinued.
We will need you to transfer the product if it is transferable so that we can check what went wrong. - Other script issues : If your script doesn’t work, first make sure that you are in a scripts-allowed area. If not, go in one (sandboxes often are).
Our scripts work by touch. So touching your item should make a window pop up. If not, something is going wrong. Don’t hesitate at asking. - Trouble fitting : Most of our items are modifyable so feel free to mod it after making a copy of your item.
- Nails issues : Please read our notecard “About our Nails” in your item folder before sending anything.
- Leaving our subscribers group : Please read here.
- Redelivery : A lot of you got used to redelivery systems. We don’t have a redelivery system for one simple reasons - Our vendors aren’t scripted at the mainstore. You therefore shouldn’t get any problem at getting your purchase if you get it from the mainstore. Our vendors can be scripted at other sims but it doesn’t include a redelivery. If you get into any trouble getting your purchase, just follow the instructions on the customer service page. Easy !
